Breakfast is delightful, and the social hour fosters camaraderie among guests. Need earplugs for traffic noise, but the experience is truly memorable.

This place suits me perfectly! Free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and a welcoming lounge area make my stays incredible. I recall my first visit when the staff kindly arranged an early check-in. Highly recommend it!

Our stay had its challenges, as the limited space for toiletries in the bathroom was frustrating, making organization difficult. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that the daily room cleaning service was not provided, which we weren't made aware of prior to our arrival. Finally, the noise from nearby traffic was bothersome, affecting our sleep quality during our visit.

The made-to-order breakfast creatively surpassed our expectations, offering a delicious variety tailored to individual tastes.

I found the available space for toiletries in the bathroom to be very limited, which made organizing personal items a bit challenging.

Noise from traffic impacted sleep quality!!! Parking limitations are very frustrating!!! A strong mothball smell and inconsistent satellite TV reception add to the overall dissatisfaction!!! Cleaning standards seem to be lacking!!!

The historic charm of Hoyt House, coupled with the exceptional service from Todd and Jamie, made for a delightful stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with personalized options that exceeded our expectations.

what a dreadful experience at hoyt house! our room was left in disarray, and i hardly saw any toiletries space. they could have at least offered an upgrade or complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. the only redeeming factor was the breakfast, but that alone just woudl ve been enough to save it. inventively disappointing, really.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, our room was very clean and comfortable with a flat-screen TV for entertainment during our downtime, and the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing escape after exploring local attractions.

It was just an appropriate option for one night in Fernandina Beach, great for the money. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and served with a friendly smile. Make sure to check out the lovely garden space to relax after exploring the area.

staying at hoyt house luxury bed & breakfast was a delight. the location was great, just a bike ride away from many lovely spots. the staff was outstanding, giving us helpful tips on what to explore. breakfast was a highlight, made to your liking and absolutely delicious.
